During the six month 1-on-1 coaching program, we will meet bi-weekly for 1 hour sessions. Why six months? This allows ample time to see sustained behavioral change in terms of achieving your individual health and wellness goals, leaving room for setbacks that may take place. During our sessions we will dive into the aspects of your health story that you want to focus on, while pin-pointing specific blocks that are hindering you from achieving your specific goals. We will take a closer look at your diet and nutrition, and examine the different aspects of your life that contribute to your habits. Clarity will be brought between the intersectionality of the food on your plate to your relationships, physical activity, a fulfilling career, a spiritual practice, and more.
What you receive with the 6 month coaching program:
•Thorough nutrition/movement guides
•Recipe/meal plans specific and unique to your nutrition goals
•Resource guides targeted to your specific health + wellness goals
•Habit building
•Setting specific and measurable goals in between sessions, revisiting those goals in the next session to track progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve set goals
•On-going communication and support for clients, who are encouraged to ask questions and seek further guidance when needed, outside of the coaching sessions
Six Month 1:1 Coaching Program (Virtual)
The single 1:1 Coaching Session is an in depth 60-minute 1-on-1 session where we will explore your current health and wellness, while focusing on specific barriers that are blocking you from achieving optimal wellness. We will take a holistic approach, examining multiple aspects of your life such as diet and nutrition, consistent mindful movement, maintaining healthy relationships, managing stress in healthy ways, and more. This session will help you identify your unique obstacles that are ultimately standing in the way of you showing up as your best self, for you first, and the people around you.
Single 1:1 Coaching Session (Virtual)
Are you ready to elevate your pantry and fridge items for quality ingredients and better taste? Then the kitchen refresh is for you! I come into your kitchen, discuss and understand staple items that you consistently have in your pantry and fridge, educate you on the importance of purchasing cleaner, nutrient-dense items to incorporate into your diet/how to navigate grocery shopping post refresh, and crowd out any items with a lengthy ingredient list that do not support your overall gut health, hormone health, and digestion. Once we’ve laid the groundwork together, I do a grocery run of the items you need and replace the old with the new to help you elevate your health and wellness.
Kitchen Refresh (In-Person)
As a holistic health coach, I can work with your preschool to ensure it’s providing quality, healthy meal options for your student that are cost efficient. Together, we would take an extensive look at the existing menu and make necessary adjustments to create a menu that is not only nutritious, but also delicious and appealing to children. I would suggest a variety of child-friendly recipe/snack variations that incorporate an array of seasonal fruits and vegetables, that are nutrient-dense, free of artificial dyes, preservatives, and highly processed oils, being mindful of the allergens of students at your school.
Student Menu Refresh (In-Person)
Creating a healthy school staff menu is important, as healthy food options have a positive impact on the overall health and well-being of school staff such as sustained energy levels, improved mood, focus, and productivity, all directly impacting the students they work with on a day-to-day basis. The creation of a school staff menu would ensure the school kitchen and fridge are stocked with whole ingredient, yet easy to prepare food items that teachers and school staff can put together during a quick lunch or snack break. Once the food items are collaboratively chosen, I will then create a monthly menu with recipe ideas that teachers can utilize with the food in the kitchen.
